Why the steam and water spray process surpasses other systems?

  • Because it provides sources of heat from below (steam), from above and from the sides (water spray) that distribute the temperature evenly.
  • Because there are multiple turbines (sprays) to mix the steam and the air throughout the autoclave, unlike systems that utilize a single fan at the end.
  • Because our cooling system is not just cooling from above. It prevents the "umbrella" effect and the consequent slower cooling in the lower layers.
  • Because the heating curve and the final Fo value of the product do not depend on the state of a heat exchanger, the effectiveness of which could vary according to the degree of maintenance.
