Surdry is more than equipment and technology.
In Surdry we are firmly dedicated to food industry innovation. For this, we collaborate as far as possible with our clients to develop new products and new packaging from the initial idea to the approval of the product resulting from the processing line.
Surdry provides the following services in collaboration with consultants and laboratory specialising in food conservation technology and expert engineers in energy recovery:
- The determination of the suitability of the package for a sterilisation or pasteurising process.
- The determination of the suitable treatment for the conservation objective.
- The choice of suitable equipment (static, isolating or rotary).
- The ensuring the integrity of the packaging both in the heat treatment process and in the loading and unloading handling.
- The layout of the plant and the liquids requirements.
- Technical advice in the installation.
- Equipment commissioning.
- Operation and maintenance training for plant personnel.
- Energy saving and water and heat recovery systems.
As well as our own tests laboratory, we have pilot retorts for renting to our clients
