Surdry provides a range of retorts specially intended for the research and development of new products and
new containers, along with the possibility to test different sterilisation methods in order to perform result comparisons.
- Testing of pasteurisation, sterilisation and cooking of food products in any type of container
- Small production or pre-series between 40-60kg of product per batch
- Specially suited for pouches and flexible trays
