In this year 2009, Surdry will be participating in the Barcelona food technologies at Barcelona (Spain) (May, 11-15 ).
Latest innovations in process control systems will be on display in our booth as well as our new retort models and different exhibits related to thermal processing of foods in flexible containers.

Azti-Tecnalia, the reference center in marine investigation has now taken a leading position in the European food research with the recent grand opening of their new facility out of Bilbao, Spain .
The new building houses the Food Research Unit of the center, which duplicates their capacity and improves their offer with new facilities and services.
The facilities incluye a new last generation Surdry retort ,with capacity for either testing of sterilization or pasteurization processes as well as as for the production of product pre-series for market probing.

The retort is featured with static, oscillating or rotary agitation in multiprocess modes.
